Index opacity, Apps renaming, and Status bar

Added: Option to change the Alphabetical Index opacity, including 0% - which means you'll be able to hide the index from the home screen.
Added: Option to rename apps by typing their name in their popover.
Added: Option to hide the status bar.
Change: Duplicate Font and Icon shortcuts in the Home settings to make it clearer that the icon pack can be changed.
